SErvices offered through RAven counseling
in-person or telehealth sessions
I offer in-person and telehealth sessions to meet the unique needs of each client. Whether you prefer to connect face-to-face in a calm, welcoming space or from the comfort of your own home, I strive to make therapy accessible and flexible. My Approach
I believe therapy should be as unique as the person sitting in front of me. Each session is tailored to your specific goals, pace, and needs. There’s no one-size-fits all approach here. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, perspective, and support as you navigate life’s challenges and discover your own capacity for growth and healing.
Marriage/Couples & Families
When working with couples and families, I often draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and elements of the Gottman Method to strengthen connection, improve communication, and build emotional safety. These approaches help partners and families move from cycles of disconnection toward understanding, trust, and closeness.
Individuals
With individuals, my foundation is person-centered, which means that you are the expert on your life. I integrate a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify and reshape unhelpful patterns, somatic techniques to connect mind and body, and Narrative Therapy to help you rewrite the stories that no longer serve you.
